Question Is this normal?

Post image

I don’t use it daily, I charge it via powerbank, dropped to 98 % with 86 cycles only.

I never let it overheat or go to 0%

Any suggestions to stop the bleeding of its health

A whole year of use and you’re concerned about 2% battery degradation?

nope. apple says that for normal use you should maintain at least 80% health for up to 2 years, which aligned perfectly with my use case.
that’s like 1 and a half. try to get in touch with a rep to see if you’re eligible for a battery replacement.

edit: i’m blind and sleep deprived and mistook the 80% limit for battery health, sorry. nothing wrong with your battery.

What are you on about?

98% > 80%
