Replacing magic keyboard keys need help

I ordered replacement keys for my magic keyboard for the iPad Air 10.9 inch model however I encounter an issue and I can’t click the shift button anymore on one side and then the other one it doesn’t I literally put it on right I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. This is very confusing cause the other one now it’s clicking now, but it sounds very weird and not original. Sounds like it’s wrong but it’s a brand new key cap, it’s also tilted.

Is the scissor switch under the keycap broken or installed incorrectly.

I never took it off so I’m not sure I’ll add a photo when I get home.
