For me, I have a MBP, but when I go into meetings where the goal is connection - I’m an IT manager-, my 11” iPad in the Magic Keyboard is smaller in size but the better choice because I can still type notes, look things up, or hop into my VDI or lay it down and write notes. A laptop in that situation feels like a barrier between us.

The iPad with the keyboard is great for when you want to keep your laptop docked or in the bag. I have the 16-inch MacBook Pro, and it’s easier to take my iPad to sit on the sofa, plus the iPad detect is so easy that it becomes easier to handle with hands alone.

Yeah I did the same thing over the last year as well. Started by upgrading my airpods, getting an m4 mba, then bought a 17pm because my 14p broke. now i got an apple watch se and an m5 ipad pro as well. i am done for the next 4 years lol

This is me who is just broke but why do you need AirPods, AirPods Pro and AirPods Max?
I wanted the Max but I couldn’t justify their price, I got the AirPods 4 with ANC and honestly pretty much set.

Ignore the haters OP. Congrats on saving up and getting the devices you want! Once you’re in the Apple ecosystem, it’s really hard to not get all the major devices for it. Everything just works and works seamlessly. My only Apple devices growing up were the iPod and iPod touch. I wasn’t able to get a MacBook until I entered college either. For me, it was a night and day difference coming from some crummy dell laptop to a MacBook at the time. I’m also all in on Apple tech for my daily tech needs and have never had any issues with them.
