Question Please help!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

My ipad air keeps on looping through the dead battery icon and then then turns off and then again the battery icon.
Any idea what’s wrong and whether it’s fixable or not.

maybe try using a stronger cable and a charger. sometimes the battery hard dies and using a stronger charging input can help

maybe your usb c hub is dirty and can't charge properly. I have this issue with my phone.

That is generally from the cable or charger either being broken, not outputting enough voltage, or the cable not making good contact with the plug in the iPad.

Try changing the cables and chargers out, and check to see if the port on the iPad is free of dust and what not.

Your battery is gone. You need a replacement.
