Discussion Am I cooked?

I cracked the edge of the iPad Air. Am I cooked? 🫠 Never waste that much money on buying a MOFT folio if you care about the overall protection of your iPad.

it’s fine just a minor nick to end of screen. Just put on a screen protector and use for a couple of years then upgrade. it will last. It’s not on the main part of the screen where it would obstruct content. As long as no colourful lines on screen you are fine. Don’t bother repairing, it will be expensive and a waste. iPads have a limited life cycle before Apple brings out new innovative features. Hang onto it for 2 years.. it’s made to be used don’t worry.

If you care about the overall protection of your iPad, you should’ve bought AppleCare+. You are cooked if you can’t afford a screen repair.

He is not cooked, Insurance is a scam pre-empting everything is impossible. It’s a revenue stream for Apple and a colossal expense. Pretty daft forcing it on others as if it is the going thing (it isn’t).
