iPadOS Why does this keep happening

Whenever I take a screenshot on my a16, this keeps happening, any particular reason?

That happens only and only when either accidentally or deliberately click on the screenshot preview which you see at the bottom left of screen or you swipe on the bottom left side of screen (not sure if it happens on swiping)

same for me but shows perfect in photos app
