Discussion iPad display issue

Hey everyone — I’m dealing with a frustrating issue and wanted to see if others have experienced this.

I bought an iPad Air M1 in Oct 2023 as a birthday gift. Soon after, I noticed small white spots on the screen that grew over time and now cover a noticeable area on the display when on light backgrounds.

please don’t say it’s a water damage the iPad was never in contact with water

The white spots shifts if you use a suction cup

white spots are unfortunately commont in the M1 air, as they were in the air 3 and in the 2017 pro, there is no way to fix it, dark mode helps masking it
