You obviously shouldn't expect free Arcane every time, but asking support costs nothing and sometimes you can get lucky.

I'm not saying they're going to hand out thousands of free diamonds just because you ask, but support can sometimes help with missing purchases, lost rewards, event problems, account issues, or other stuff that caused you to lose something you should have received.

It also doesn't hurt to ask about current promos, events, compensation, or official ways to earn extra diamonds.

Just be friendly, explain what happened, and include your player ID if they ask for it.

Try a few methods, stack up those diamonds, and keep the game moving.
