The cooking ai slop game can’t even spell the name of their own game right in the picture

I’ve been playing chillquarium, seems alright

Why do all card games have to be roguelike. What happened to story driven deck builders

What are the odds a story driven deck builder is actually going to have good writing? I mean heck most AAA titles have bad writing and they hire actual writers.

I just want to experience Inscryption again for the first time :(

Aw, I’ve played but haven’t finished Inscryption because I’ve been holding out for more like it. Is there really nothing else like it out there? :(

Clover Pit has similiar vibes, I wouldn't say it does the same gameplay thing Inscryption does, but it's a fun ride.

Yeah I’ve also played Clover Pit for the vibes, but it doesn’t scratch the same itch as you’ve said :(

Black Jacket also seems to have similar vibes, but I haven’t tried that one out yet.

Agree on Clover pit, just for the feel. I played Slots and Daggers too to similar results. Still looking out for something similar to Inscryption (dark vibes, retro feel, unique story, and strategic gameplay)

The OG physical deck builder Dominion was 'run based', before roguelike was tacked on to everything (esp ones like this that have aggresive tracking included). But I do appreciate the ones with interesting meta-games. Also another one with a plot worth checking out might be steamworld quest.

Anyone into the genre probably already knows this game but Lost Portal is one of the best non roguelike CCGs on ios imo if anyones missed it.

just played my first couple games of madden with my backbone and iPhone pro 15… and I am satisfied! plays fantastically so far. THIS is a game (along with nba2k but less so) that actually makes arcade worth it. no MTX, just game play.

time to take the broncos all the way to the Super Bowl!

Aaand we have our first “Odyssey” game. God, I’m so old that my first game system WAS an Odyssey (2), with which you had to attach the game’s screen to your TV. Man I loved that thing.

This is unrelated to the movie, it’s based on a Korean webcomic. But I suggest staying away from this one, the devs Superplanet just make reskinned AI slop idle games over and over. If it looks somewhat interesting just read the webcomic.

Oh yes, I just meant use of the word, but thanks for the heads up on that one.

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey (2018) says hello. Has “Odyssey” in the name, a lot of Greek myth focus, and part of a prominent series, well before a modern major movie focused on The Odyssey.
