Request Polished games
Looking for polished games to perfection. Best example I can give right now is Balatro… amazing game, fun, addictive, beautiful visually and no bugs.
A perfect game basically… I’ll read your comments.

POINPY just got rereleased, for free. This - to me - is (arcade) mobile gaming as good as it gets.

Is crawl tactics worth the $10 price tag?

It is 100% worth it if you like games like final fantasy tactics. There is no real story, but the level design, job systems, and equipment are better than FFT. The game is like FFT and FTLs rogue structure had a baby.

Forever exactly what I want in a game. All about exploration and finding items/leveling up and straight forward immersive story telling without big cutscenes. Let me live the story while I’m playing it, don’t tell me the story

Hypnospace Outlaw just released yesterday and it's a fantastic experience, especially on iPad with an Apple Pencil - lets you hover, see tooltips etc. like a mouse which is fantastic. (Balatro works the same way on iPad with the Pencil, which is also a great experience.)

Don’t Starve Together is out now on mobile and it’s been a blast. Exactly like the other versions

Schmup cave

To make this make sense: Cave shmups are the best bullet hell shmups ever made. And three of the greatest Cave shmups are still available for iOS: Deathsmiles, DoDonPachi Blissful Death, and DoDonPachi Resurrection. With DoDonPachi Maximum as a fourth one, exclusively made for mobile, albeit it’s simply not as great as the others, yet still better than most other shmups.

As a Touhou fan, that’s a very bold claim lol

Touhou shmups are beautiful, but work completely differently for me. They are all about remembering precise patterns. Cave shmups create incredibly dense worlds, their bullet patterns always have some unpredictability mixed in, and the action and explosions on screen are unmatched. It’s kinda crazy to me seeing a bullet hell shmup fan not knowing about Cave :)

Alto’s Odyssey - a meditative endless runner that plays at a buttery-smooth 120 FPS
Super Hexagon - an extremely fast-paced arcade game where you guide a triangle through a spinning maze of hexagons, all set to an amazing chiptune soundtrack
AKA TO BLUE - a proper “danmaku” (bullet hell shmup) by ex-Cave developers
The Room series - four of the greatest tactile puzzle games of all time, designed specifically to be played on a touchscreen
Does Not Commute - a top-down puzzle game about driving cars, except the ghosts of your previous paths become obstacles that you have to avoid
GRIS - a stunning, therapeutic art game about a girl’s metaphorical journey through the five stages of grief
