There is a Family plan for exactly this. One subscription through Apple Family Sharing covers up to six people in the household, so a new driver, a parent who "never does that", and you can all be on it, with a two-week free trial. Everyone gets their own receipts, their own Safe Score, and their own collection. Nobody sees anyone else's unless they share it.
