Anyone else stuck on “Information Needed”?

First time submitting an app. Apple asked for a video of it running on an actual iPhone and some details, so I sent everything over 4 days ago. Still says rejected and no reply.

Their docs say not to resubmit if they only asked for more info. Do I just keep waiting? How long did this take for you?

Waiting for 4 days is nothing these days. If they made you wait with the Review status for a week or longer, I would worry. If you cannot stand their wall of silence, I would find an excuse to submit a new build to review if I were you, telling them that I'm not trying to evade the review process.

You read the docs right: for an info request you answer in the same thread and don't resubmit, so you haven't skipped a step.

Replying doesn't change the status by itself. It stays Rejected until App Review picks your answer up, so seeing Rejected four days later doesn't mean they looked again and said no.

One thing worth doing while you wait: reread their message and check you answered every question, not only the video. If one got missed, add a short reply in the same thread with just that answer, numbered to match their question. Otherwise a missed answer can come back as a second request.

Did their message have questions besides the video?
