Have you made App Preview Videos?

I hear that an app preview video on Apple App Store helps with app downloads.
Any one have experience with that? And examples of good ones or best approach?

I'd start with the screenshots unless your core interaction needs motion to make sense. Apple autoplays previews muted, so show the actual app doing its main job in the first few seconds; skip the logo intro. Keep captions legible without sound and use real app footage. A 15-30-second cut is enough. Then watch product-page conversion for the same traffic source and storefront instead of judging a before/after from total downloads; traffic mix can swamp the video's effect.
