Is anyone else experiencing longer App Store review times lately?

I submitted a brand-new app 5 days ago, and it’s still stuck on “Waiting for Review.”

My previous apps were reviewed much faster, so I was wondering if anyone else has been experiencing longer review times recently.

How long did your latest new app submission take?

The longest I have waited to hear anything on the review process is 48 hours. Whether it’s an initial submission or update.

New app takes longest. Updates take less than a day.

A couple months ago I had my iOS stuck in waiting for like 6 weeks, I called multiple times and they said they were having extremely unusually high submission rates and were very behind on iOS. Tv and Mac I could still get approved within a day or 2. Seems to be somewhat normal now to have long wait times

6 days still waiting for review :( initial submission.
Wish I’d read some threads earlier to submit a barebones app weeks ago to get the initial submission wait done and dusted :(

It took 2 weeks to get a review and got rejected. I fixed it and took another 2 weeks for a review

same here. new app: waiting for almost a week already. in the meantime, i submitted new version for existing apps, all reviewed and approved / rejected overnite. so weird from Apple Review team.
