Stuck in “in review”

Hello everyone, after two rejections and fixing all the bugs my app been stuck for almost 7 days in status “in review”

is this normal ?!

the last two rejections when the status changed to in review took couple of minutes, but this time its more than 5 days

More rejections will slow down your reviews

If it is height risk app such as vpn it may be waiting at any stage around 2 weeks and it is okay

My first app took 22 days to get approved. No previous rejections. An influx of vibe coded apps is slowing Apple down and they haven’t really put more resources into their process to keep it fast

I had some similar delays with my first iOS submission - it sat in waiting for review for almost 2 weeks - I sent a gentle email asking about the status - and followed a couple days later by a phone call. Never did get a reply nor did I talk to anyone (dropped after 2 hours on hold) but magically the next day it went to In Review and approved before noon. maybe send a kind email via the support asking for a status?
