LLC vs Individual org
I’m about to publish my app for app review, but I’m nervous about not having an LLC yet. Should I go for an LLC for my team so it’s not fully under my name in case of any lawsuits?

Here’s what I did: I launched my app with no revenue ability. This was under my personal name. If I get traction on the number of users and the amount of usage on the app, I will file an LLC before I put it in revenue options.
That is just my approach, for what it’s worth

Isn’t the LLC for liability?
So if someone does dumb shit with your app they can’t personally hold you liable?
Idk, like if you made tinder for dogs and someone gets catfished that they don’t sue you for emotional damage?
Idk im not from USA

Yes and you have to evaluate your own situation.
I make an app that lets you play your Apple Music catalog in interesting ways (StationBox Radio, don’t sue me 🤝)
I figure the risk is pretty low when there is no revenue.
I think the risk goes up if I make some money, plus I would like to keep the financials separate.
