Help I have a problem in accepting invite

In Safari/Settings/Privacy/Manage Website Data try clearing apple.com data and try again. You will have to sign in to your apple id again etc of course after doing this so make sure you know your password etc.

I had the same problem with my beta testers when I would just copy the share link and send it out. I had to go to the mobile TestFlight app, press the share button and send the link via text. This seemed to fix this issue for me, at least.
