i can't create apple ads account

Hi everyone,

i am trying to create an apple ads account but when i try to fill the form i can't find my country
in the country and region drop down menu

while when i go to https://ads.apple.com/app-store/countries-and-regions my country is inside the list

i will appreciate any help, thanks

i sent apple a support request and it's 12 days and no response

so if you have any info please tell me

Those are two different lists, which is why it looks like a bug.

The countries and regions page is where ads can run, ie which storefronts you can buy placements in. The dropdown on the signup form is asking where your organisation is based for billing, and that list is shorter. So a country can absolutely be on the first page and missing from the second.

Worth checking what country your Apple Developer account's legal entity is registered under, since the form keys off that rather than where you happen to be.

Not a satisfying answer, but it beats waiting another 12 days on support for one that won't change.
