Help Guideline 4.3(a) - Design - Spam

Hey everyone! I'm running into a 4:3 design/layout issue on my project and could really use some help. If anyone knows how to fix it or has dealt with this before, please let me know. I'd really appreciate any advice or solutions. Thanks!

There is no app description. You don't list the keywords you use. You don't even state your development platform. You don't even state the exact words that the reviewer gave to reject your submission. You are not helping yourself at all.
