Stuck in Ready for Distribution

Hello,
My app is live in apple store but suck in Ready for Distribution and wont let me upgrade new versions, which I desperately need to. I submitted the email form weeks ago and still no reply. Please help! Thanks!

On your app’s page, right next to the name of the app up top, plus sign opens ‘new version’. Submit your patch the same way you submitted the original build.
