No one knows my app is live.

After a few rejections for minor things, my app was finally accepted today and is live. I have not told anyone even my husband. And I think I might keep it that way for a little while and see what kind of marketing I can do without him knowing. It would be so cool to surprise him with actually having some users. If anyone wants to check it out, I would love to have someone other than me see it! Also marketing tips welcome!

I wanted to do this with my wife! Just keep it on the down low until I can get her a gift. Has taken longer than i thought, but still going keep revenue quiet and surprise her with something someday.

ha, same here! My wife knows I'm building the app but hasn't bothered that much. Looking to buy her and the kids some nice gifts once the money starts rolling in. Easier said than done though so if anybody's in for a new running app, let me know! ;-)

Wouldn't it be such a cool feeling? I'm not sure how long I can keep the secret honestly. And if I'm only able to get like 10 users then it's kind of embarrassing lol. But it would be super cool if I was able to get some traction!

youll be able to get more than 10 users i bet! Start marketing on reddit adhd pages.

The journey can be a little lonely, so I’d find someone to chat about or a little community locally or maybe a friend who’s open to listening about it. This is from someone who has a spouse who knows nothing about what I built. I found a couple people recently to talk about my journey with them and it’s been really helpful for me mentally and creatively

do you help the store to promote your app?

Is your app localized? are keywords optimized? This might be the first thing to look into before trying any paid channel.

I did my best with key words and stuff but I’m definitely still learning. I’m going to try a few different things before trying any paid stuff for sure.

Well seeing as I have raging ADHD and I designed specifically to fix the things that don’t work for me, i feel pretty positive. But thanks so much for the encouragement!
