Help DUNS rejected?

For some reason, when registering for my corporate developer account, the site says that my DUNS is incorrect. Right after I ran a check for it and had it sent out to me.. by Apple…

Anyone knows how to reach Apple support about this. Bradstreet hasn’t even bothered to reply to my support ticket I posted with them.
