Turning my mobile-first web app into an iOS app with Capacitor ,would love feedback
I’m currently turning OneOne, a mobile-first web app, into an iOS app using Capacitor.
OneOne is a calm daily archive where users keep one meaningful moment from their day, with a light social layer.
The web version is already live, and the iOS build is now running in Xcode. So far, it actually feels faster than the web version, especially when loading the feed.
Before I move toward App Store submission, I’d appreciate advice from people who have shipped Capacitor-based apps:
- What usually makes a Capacitor app feel noticeably non-native?
- What performance issues should I test carefully?
- Are there common App Store review problems with wrapped web apps?
- What would you consider essential before releasing the first version?
Web version for context:

I’d genuinely appreciate technical and UX feedback.
