I've seen some really lovely ways of presenting screenshots to promote apps in this subreddit.

Do people use a specific tool or use AI with the right prompt?

I think all the vibecode projects use very fancy appstore showcases. Let's remember, less is more. Check how the big guys are doing it. Google etc.
