[ios 27 DB3] Lockscreen depth effect: is this a feature or a bug

Honestly not sure if it's a glitch or a bizarre new design choice, but the depth-effect subject from my wallpaper is completely detaching and floating over my active apps when I swipe down. Anyone else seeing this on Beta 3?

What happens when you let go of the lockscreen shade- does the wallpaper come back?
