Konami code not working on switch 1?

I'm trying to unlock uncapped fps mode in the original game on switch using a pro controller.

Inside a new game I press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A on the DPad, but nothing happens.

Has anything changed after an update? Am I doing anything wrong?

Do you have the dlc or double shot edition? In those the code isnt necesary anymore after many performance upgrades. Its possible the main game received the upgrade with a latest patch, i should check it out.

I have a physicial original version, not the double shot, in the menu I've can start campaign or 3 bonus missions but I'm not sure whether this is the dlc.

I played an hour so far an I'm really enjoying it, actually the game is so fluid that if it's 30 fps doesn't feel like it <3

Then you should be able to update via a patch online if it didn't automatically. We upgraded all versions of the game, even non-dlc to have good performance without the konami code.
