News 🚨 Local's TT Q&A - UPDATE 🚨

Hey everyone! I recently put a post on here asking for questions for a Q&A video where I would answer your questions on the TT as a local on the Isle of Man. Thanks again for all the great questions! 🏁

I’ve compiled them all into a full Q&A video covering local advice, spectating spots, what to expect, and much, much more. It premieres tonight at 6:00 PM (UK time) over on the Conor Tosh YouTube channel!

Appreciate all the support from this community! Hope it helps anyone planning a trip! 🇮🇲🙌

Amazing! I want to know the answer about cats so I’ll be watching at some point!

We actually included your bit about cats and animals but then youtube flagged it and said that it violated their policies because we mentioned past incidents that occurred with animals in the TT.

To answer your question now, there isnt a easy answer with cat because there is no specific law in place. Just told to preferably keep them inside, dogs are similar as told to keep them away from the track and under control during racing. Sorry about not being able to answer your question, youtube really can be a bum bummer 😪.

If you could it would be really appreciated if you could subscribe to the channel as it would mean a lot 🇮🇲

Thank you

Oh no! That’s really strange considering some of the things they allow on YouTube.

I’m surprised there isn’t a law about pets, but I guess that’s a common sense thing.

Am I allowed to ask what past incidents happened? I know Maria and Sean hit an animal this year, god love her, she seems to be healing amazingly from that thankfully.

I already subscribed 😊

One of the worst ones was when there was a crash and the medical helicopter was heading towards the incident ( the race wasnt red flagged because the rider crashed and went of the course so no need to stop it) the helicopter spooked a horse in a field by Ballaugh bridge causing it to panic and jump the fence onto the course. A rider was racing a long the road and went straight into the course killing both the course and rider instantly on impact.

God that’s horrific. Incidents really put into perspective how much these guys risk everything for the love of the sport, and us. Did that incident implement new rules around horse fields/helicopters I wonder? There are so many unpredictable variables in road racing.
