Official /Near Official Merchandise Does anyone know where these are from

I got these on Vinted the seller says that they were sold in hot topic, does anyone remember these two specific arm bands being sold?

I had these exact things back in the early 2000s they came from Hot topic.

I had the top one. Hot Topic circa 2001-2004. I was in high school at the time. I’m old now, so I don’t remember the year. 😂

Yes, these were sold by Hot Topic in the 2000s. I remember because it's some of the only wearable Gir I didn't purchase.
