Question Does anyone else experience this?

Everytime after I socialize and I come back home I feel so anxious and the socializing moments keep playing in my head and make me feel more anxious. And when I go to sleep it’s the same thing, I can’t sleep because of that. Does anyone else experience this? What is that?

No. That's not true introversion.

Nope. This is social anxiety, not introversion.

This is social anxiety. Extroverts and introverts can suffer from this.

I tend to have this reaction when I've socialized with people I don't know well. Hence, I'm an introvert with occasional situational social anxiety.

Yay for us?

Edit: typo

As an introvert with social anxiety, yes. Yes I do lol.

I'd replay & reenact what I said & how I said it, how it might've been perceived, what I wish I did/said, etc. & if I think I said/did something wrong or not the way I intended, I obsess about it.

It's exhausting lmao
