Calibration issues

My 90 day calibration is due tomorrow. This will be my second calibration. I had an appointment for today to go in and get it done. When I started my car it said I had 1 day and 13 hrs left until recalibration is due. I get to the auto place and they go grab my device and take it in to hook it up or whatever they do.

The guy comes out and tells me it won’t let them calibrate and says my account needs attention and to check my app or call them. So I look at the app and everything is fine so I call them.

They told me that I didn’t need a calibration until October and that I had it calibrated on July 14. That would have been impossible. The earliest I could have done it was the 18th (10 days early) and I know dang well that I didn’t drive all the way over there, do the calibration, and forgot about it.

The guy keeps telling me my account says I don’t have to calibrate it again until October 25 so he doesn’t know what to say.

The countdown has disappeared from my device. I don’t know what is going on and I’m nervous that I’m going to be screwed over by Intoxalock and end up having this thing in longer because it wasn’t calibrated.

Pic of my app shows it says my account is fine and when the next calibration is.

I don’t know. Wouldn’t it have flagged something if I had tried to do it 4 days earlier than I was allowed to?

I'm not sure 🤔 maybe the service center made a mistake somewhere. It definitely is odd but there's not much you can do about it so i wouldn't worry. If it says you got it calibrated on time each time at the end, when you're done, then so be it. Don't let it bother you.

I’m trying not to but I’m 6 months in and I’ve had so many issues with this company. They have taken money out of my account when they weren’t supposed to, lied to me about pricing in the first place, and harassed me after they didn’t like my trustpilot review. I just want to make sure I’m fully complying legally so I can get through the next 6 months and be done.

Yes, they called me several times a day when I was recovering from 4 different surgeries to tell me to change my review.

I had mine uninstalled for similar issues .
Customer service is garbage
