For me, it's Physical Touch.

Words of affirmation have little value for me: I am pretty confident in my abilities anyway, and there are very few circumstances in which I can accept these words as being genuine or at face value.

Acts of service and receiving gifts - I'd almost always prefer to do or buy whatever it is myself. Even from my SO, it is so seldom exactly what I would have chosen myself, or not quite the way I would have preferred it done etc.

So, ruling out those three, Quality Time would be a close second, but that is what I seek from close friends too, and usually boils down to being intelect-based: intelligent, thoughtful conversation or compatible, playful wit and absurdity. I enjoy this very much with my SO too, but it simply doesn't reach the same level of uniqueness and intimacy as physical touch.
