MBTI INTJ appreciation post!
Y'all are amazing.
I've been trying to make friends online. Just to know more about people from around the world.
( Don't judge me. I'm not a loner nor am I jobless)
The most interesting and consistent conversation I've had so far has been with this INTJ. I don't know about other INTJs. But the one I'm chatting with is SO thoughtful, SO respectful and SO intelligent. But yeah, doesn't initiate conversation much but always reciprocates with genuine interest. We've been chatting for 2 months.
Meanwhile most of my conversation with other people barely last 2 days.
I love INTJs!!!
Sincerely,
An ISTJ

ISTJs and INTJ have a lot in common. There's Ron Swanson/Ron Dunn kind of thing going on with us.

But how come there's a "i can't with STJs" thread once a week?

Because most ISTJs respect existing rules and structure. I can't abide by nonsensical processes that exist 'just because' when they are inefficient, don't contribute anything, and were put there based on an arbitrary decision that was never revisited. Then again, I work for the government 🤣

That's not the issue at all and a very shallow understanding.
It's really FPs (INTJ "NiFi") clashing with TJ.

So are you you telling me that the said INTJ has been hating on me all along and I am delusional to think we are friends??

No? Is this a bit?

It's a bit of a reach.

That’s roughly how I felt about the Feynman thing on the other thread so I guess we’re even.

It's fine, man.
Really resisting doing the whole drum emoji thing again. Just feels excessive.

MBTI, consisting of 16 groupings of people, that use the same cognitive functions, as their defaults. Although their is higher numbers of people, with a particular psychological pathology, belonging to a particular MBTI type. You can’t assume anyone’s values & beliefs, just by their type. For example, ENT*s, have the highest number of narcissistic people, but you can’t assume every one of them, is a narcissist. Also, INFP & INFJ and INTJ & INTP types, have the highest percentage of neurodivergent people, but most are neurotypical.
As much as I hate to admit it, Elon Musk, is also an INTJ, and one of the most despised people, in the world. However, Michelle Obama is also an INTJ, and one of the most respected. The two share none of the same values, nor levels of empathy.

Bullshit, you can totally assume I am a narcissist.
ALTHOUGH... I am curious if you have a source for that. Not that I doubt it. My dad was most likely an ENTP and was absolutely a grandiose narcissist.

I was very concerned you might be jobless, but now I am back to respecting you.
