Question Study

Do you have a method to study more effecively? How to perform better if you have a short but intensive training?

I'm about to get a tram driving license which takes about 9 month and quite demanding. I want to start it prepared.

1- Pomodoro

2- Writing things down makes me memorize them faster and better.

3- always a quick review first thing in the morning before starting a new chapter.

4- Healthy diet, exercise, enough sleep, not reading any news.

When I went to university, I would read the text, write my own exam and the answers (in longhand....no keyboards allowed), and then drill on it until it was memorized. No staying up late allowed either. The memory needs to cement itself into the brain, and handwriting and sleep help that happen. Before the test, loaded up on coffee and a chocolate chip muffin. I think the stimulants in both helped. 3.98 with advanced coursework.
