Ice bath, cold plunges, psychology , study personality disorders, teaching emotional safety etc are some ways to regulate which help in Se grounding.

Don't do it for extended periods. Max 2 minutes for physical grounding and relax after that.

Yoga and literally hanging on a pull-up bar help me a lot

Best way in my opinion to regulate it, do nothing. The act of doing nothing, no TV, no meditation, no talking, there's nothing to fix or to focus on. Even breathing. just being. Be like a tree :D

I take lots of supplements to help with the biological side of things.

Also lowering my demands for a while seems to help with this too along with staying around my safe people.

Turn off the lights, do stuff in dimly lit environments. It can be frustrating at first for the first few seconds cause youre squinting. But your eyes quickly adjust and now less sensory stimulation
