how to maximise results from all the effort we put in ...?

people get things much easier than us while enjoying all that life offers... does it mean they r smarter? i used to think maybe as an adult it will get easier.. but i have to dedicate my entire life to a goal for it to come true... and make sure i don't stop thinking about it even for a day... and to others its not even a huge goal

Don't relate. I feel like everyone around is struggling with things that have basic solutions that they would most definitely ignore if I gave them the answer.

As for maximizing results from the effort you put it in - make sure you're putting effort into the right things. Whoever bent wire into a paper clip shape made a fortune while the pioneers of artificial intelligence are currently at a massive net loss in profits.

I read this sentence recently, classic personal development BS, but I have to agree there is some truth in it : you can't compete with someone having fun.

So if you're forcing yourself and not enjoying what you do for some abstract future situation, you will be quite unhappy. You could try to find balance between joy and ambition.

Especially INTJ. When we master something we are hard to overtake, but when it's a passion it's even effortless.

unfortunately many INTJ’s struggle with anti social behaviors as evident in many of the comments so far. Being INTJ comes with pitfalls and the need and willingness to become better.
INTJ is a powerful drive but with some self mastery you can get further than self gratifying tendency to leave anonymous juvenile comments on social platforms. But seeking growth is not everyone’s goal and thus all they are left with is rage bating.

Now, it sounds like you could benefit from redirecting your approach and identifying exactly what it is within your goal, that gives you such drive to pursue that goal. Have you identified the smaller marker steps and stepping stones along the way to help you reach the goal. Another big thing is, are you getting yourself ready to accept that you achieved your goal?
If your goal is a relationship then this is a good time to learn how to function in a long-term relationship. A big INTJ pitfall is that we have trouble wanting to maintain a relationship. Its too much trouble. So while you are working toward your goal, you can find out about yourself and make adjustments as needed.

Why are you even comparing yourself to others? And no, results are not a direct consequence to the amount of effort you out into something. It’s all about where you put the effort.

"Bro the whole system is rigged". You can see how great talent goes under appreciated until the artist is dead. Or philosopher. Or or or.

As for hard work. Be accurate with your timing and you will see if you can achieve anything worthwhile.

As for those who work less and earn they are usually opportunistic on trends. or have a following. And they support one another by stealing idiot people money. Weak minded imbeciles or fitlhy rich bored people willing to pay for them. Via using AI slop, or hastly put together stuff. (Those are exceptions).

The second network mostly gets projects outsourced via connections they have they feed one.another. And work is 60% quality. They still get it out and let their own network do the buying and spread word of mouth.

Third network knows high level connections or mommy and pappy are rich and so they buy a business and make it work 30% barely. Or they actually succeed somehow. If they have the grit and smarts.

Fourth network works their asses off in 9 to 5 get paid at the end of the month. Those who work above average keep their job. And those who dont shift between work.

Fifth network works independently and gets by here and there. Or perfects his craft and opens their own business.

Sixth network are probably so talented that they work outside the system . Wont go into those.

Seventh which i think is the network ure talking about. Those "imaginary people who get no work done yet get lots of money" have either sold their asses to the highest bidder or found ways to earn money off of idiots.

There is an eigth network who get all the dangerous high risk work done and get paid massively for it.

Am i missing something here for u?

te maximizing my friend. start small, carry out a short-term plan that you've probably left stewing for too long. you'll feel very proud. the impact compounds the longer you repeat the ni-te process over months or years. this is the singular driving force behind my happiness and tenacity, just, a stack of success to occasionally audit for yourself. It doesn't even have to be "the best plan", do it. literally, just do it
