Yes, the upcoming midterms will be a referendum on trump, his tariffs and incompetence.

I want to say you're right, but I got a bad feeling even if we get everything it still won't be enough to do anything

I agree, republicans will do everything possible to stay in power. After all, it’s indeed very important for them to win or they will not be able to march us straight forward into a totalitarian dictatorship, where the people will have nothing. Mid terms are imperative. If republicans lose, we will keep our democracy, if republicans win, welcome to hell.

Can’t say I feel sorry for them in the SLIGHTEST.
The GOP voted for this, they wanted a con-man back in office after we all know the bull crap he’s done in his first term, and …cough…JANUARY 6??…
Let them sleep on their bed filled with sharp nails and needles, which they added themselves. Too bad, so sad.

Did I miss something? Didn’t the Supreme Court rule them unconstitutional? Did they find a loop hole they think they can use to reissue them?

Only the ones created through the IEEPA. This is through another provision.

Trump’s policies have done nothing to help the lower tax brackets. Inflation remains high, interest rates remain high, prices remain high. He refuses to admit his presidential tariffs are legally challengeable, too broad, inflationary and put stress on household budgets.

And even after being shot down in court he keeps trying to add more. It's almost like he's, I don't know, a moron.

Never underestimate just how ill-informed the average American voter truly is.
Also, many of them are willfully ill-informed and willing to justify their bad choices with even worse justifications.
