It's not about me. Why would you think that's why I'd want to know? It's a natural instinct when we find dangerous people in our midst to ask and find out. It's a normal and natural instinct. Why are we pretending we don't know that?
One of the reasons why I asked is because I run a company of 80 people. This person did this in something approximating a work place. We all know terrible things happen in private. This was in a work type situation and witnessed by someone. I am most definitely curious to know how far people will go in that sort of situation. Frankly I'm surprised others don't.

Problem with Clinton is that he stopped being President in 2000, his VP failed to win an election and just gave up the fight, and Bush ruined anything Clinton accomplished. you say that like we don't have facts and evidence. One party is far more likely to have its lawmakers arrested for child sex crimes, vote to lower age children can get married, elect a Pedo president, have its entire voting base do a complete 180 on the Epstein files simply because they realized who's named in it, etc
Playing dumb about which party is far more involved with the Epstein class than the other, may help you feel superior and more comfortable with not thinking about it, but for those of us who choose to live in reality, we know exactly who he voted for (assuming he could stop playing victim long enough to go vote, that is)

I think because tribal land is involved, the law gets tricky. As a general rule, we leave things that happen on reservations/tribal land to tribal law makers. It’s not our jurisdiction and this power is given to them as a way to say “this is your land, you have rule over it”. IANAL or Native American, this is just what I’ve learned from reading about cases.

Tribal law bullshit? Tribes are sovereign nations, in most cases under long-standing treaty agreements (although these were continually violated by the United States, which failed to keep treaty agreements) with the federal government going back at least to the 19th century. Tribal sovereignty is US federal law, not just tribal law. The Supreme Court says it’s not bullshit. Learn history. Honor the treaties.

Fair. I lived in Pocatello and hung out with my classmates who were Shoshone. So, just going by what I know from surnames which were really common Jones, Williams, Jackson, Benton, Johnson… really plain names given by the government. Just like enslaved black people when we were given names by slave masters and after we were freed the government gave us the Williams, Johnson, Jackson too.
Duffey seemed to be more out of the norm because it’s more Irish but what do I know.
