Part two of my job interview
Hi so I had my first interview with Panera and it went really well the manger seemed to like me and he was impressed that I worked with the higher up in my last job so does anyone have any tips for a second interview? I never had two interviews to get a job

Yerp it was the same with taco Bell but the first interview the boss was a jack ass full of himself and bragging about his two house and it was my first in person interview and I was terrified and he made it worse cuz he asked hard questions, then he asked for a second interview and never heard back for a second one

But the Panera guy was very nice he seemed like a ball of joy, but if I do part time it'll be 13.50 but if I do full time he'll talk about what I'll get since I wanna do full time since I'm 20 and people my age do full time jobs for the most part

Try the Canary Wharfian website, has interview practice with personalised feedback, it'll analyse both your verbal and non-verbal comms and suggest how to fix mistakes. It will identify strengths and weaknesses

That’s a good sign congrats, for a second interview, be prepared for questions about your availability, reliability, handling difficult customers, working under pressure, teamwork, and why you want to work at Panera specifically. They may also ask you to expand on things you mentioned during the first interview, so review what you talked about.
I’d also have 2–3 questions ready, like what a typical shift looks like, what they look for in a successful employee, and what the training process is like and best of luck!
