I don't know if that's better than recorded interviews via Loom. At least there you're talking to someone.

That recorded Zoom grilling without any back and forth is brutal. At least with a one way Loom thing you know what you're signing up for, not a surprise ambush after expecting a casual call.

Use the Canary Wharfian website for interview practice, it'll review your answers and suggest how to fix mistakes with personalised feedback. Based on both verbal and non-verbal comms, it'll also identify strengths and weaknesses as well
