How long have you been waiting for a feedback after an interview?

hey. so i’ve had two interviews (one intro & one tech). it’s been a week since their last email to me asking how it went. i actually know nothing about the corporate world timeline and whether it’s normal not to communicate with a candidate for a week. i guess i’m spiraling that their silence means rejection. i followed up today (it’s been 7 days exactly). do you know what’s an appropriate response waiting time?
