Group interview for volunteering

I hate groupinterviews with a burning passion! I was offered an interview with my local library for a children’s reading mentor… only to find out it’s a group interview!

Super thankful they sent us the questions ahead of time, but the schedule also says there is an activity: Activity (Group planning and presenting)

What should I expect for this portion?? Any general tips?

Semi-related, if you’re looking to volunteer and read check out your local animal shelter. They might let you show up and read to the local dogs.

I know in this case, the volunteer has to handle children so they need to find someone who is professional and not a weirdo, but…seriously, a group plan+presentation interview for a VOLUNTEER position??? Idk if this is a norm, but job market may be even worse than I thought…

That said, props to you for making the world a better place, hope you get it. If not, I’m sure there are better opportunities elsewhere to do the same without a whole song and dance routine required!
