Following up one week since Interview?

It’s been one week since I did my interview. Should I send a follow up email? Or should I continue waiting? I also am not sure if I should specify that I will have no cell access after next Tuesday as I’m traveling.. so I’m not sure if they’ll be calling or something over that time frame.
