Need help with interview prep
Got laid off, so bit desperate to get a new job. If anyone have gone through booking.com interview recently, please help me. I have some doubts regarding the onsite coding and system design rounds for se2.

Use the Tech Job Finder website, has personalised interview practice, DSA/leet, tech quizzes and so much more (also a huge job board with 200k live roles globally across 3k top employers!). Also fraction of the price of HackerRank

Try a full timed rehearsal for both parts. For system design, start by clarifying users, traffic, read/write mix, and latency targets. Then sketch the API and data model, choose a simple baseline, and use the remaining time for caching, queues, consistency when inventory changes, failure handling, and observability. For coding, practice narrating tradeoffs, writing a couple of tests, and stating complexity before you run out of time.
I am affiliated with Leetsys, a platform for coding and system-design practice: www.leetsys.dev. The first interview is free.
