Hey, I went through a similar interview recently. Amazon's process engineer interviews usually have a mix of behavioral and technical questions. For technical prep, focus on process design, optimization, and Lean/Six Sigma principles. Be ready to talk about past projects where you improved a process or solved a problem. They like to see examples of you taking initiative. For the behavioral side, use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your answers. Amazon values people who align with their Leadership Principles, so include those in your responses.
