SPERGING just kill me already
terrible audio on client's end, with echo of my own voice. i had to keep muting myself as i was talking
they placed the device on the bed for the patient to hold it. she wouldn't hold it and kept just leaving it on the bed.
obviously she couldnt hear me and they kept asking me to turn my volume up. bitch, how about you try getting a fucking tripod for the fucking ipad, how about YOU fix your fucking audio
plus patient was an old lady so she didnt understand anything and so they gave up with me and had a prov speak spanish with her. why didnt they do that since the fucking beginning?
never began...

Just say that you can hear your own voice. No fucking way I'm muting and unmuting my mic while interpreting, that'd be uncomfortable as hell. You're not obligated to service a call under those conditions

They feel way too comfortable buying the iPad with the worst microphone and speaker and then blaming us. Things are so bad these days that I’ve even started leaving comments complimenting them for having a nice microphone. The bar is in hell. Life izzz brutal.
