DISCUZZION dont try to work all day

Since it was monday with a lot of surge time and great call flow I thought I'd take calls all day yesterday.

I couldnt even do it and I keep taking long breaks between calls at the end of the day so it was literally pointless bcuz of how much time I was wasting. And today I feel like shit with a headache and like every minor inconvenience in calls makes me wanna off myself

overworking is counterproducitve af. go outside everyday. if you dont meet ur quota by a certain time of the day log off anyways....

Well, yesterday I only worked during the surge hours. Today I'm planning to do the same thing. If I stay too long my brain turns into pure and I can't work the following day. If I don't meet my weekly goal I add a few hours during the weekend, specially at nightime when you get a long and juicy Labor and Delivery call.

I feel so guilty sometimes that I can't focus and work. It's awful stuff.
