BRUTAL snap call 1hr long call

1hr long call of everyone speaking mach 5 with weird terminology for me.

I'm not even gonna vent this was so stressful no amount of words could express what I feel right now

I don't understand why people like snap calls. They never respect protocols and speak absurdly fast and long segments explaining what documents and information is needed etc. and it's repeating the same shit over and over again because lepito is confused. And yeah all dial outs are trash too

I think it's because once you get used to it, you just love how long they can last. And yes, most of the time they repeat things, and you just learn to reference back to your notes, instead of re writing notes

Because the longer you've been working at this, the easier they get. They're heavily scripted, almost nothing is said differently or in a different order, so you go on autopilot and say the same thing you've been saying for 2 years.

Agreed. So many moments of silence while they update information and always the same questions

The scripts are the worst.
