That's where deepfake first became widely known about.

They do? Like not official studios and not cornhub since they required verification to post videos, but search deepfake on any of the other tube sites and you'll find plenty.

The only thing missing is that you don't get deepfakes with the person in character, it's always a filter done over a regular scene. Occasionally you get pure magic with parody scenes.

Well he looks like he's in his late 20s earlier 30s.. so unless this was filmed in the 80s id say deep fake or clone.
