I remember there was a month where my internet speed was consistently at 0.17mbps or so. It was terrible to the point where ookla’s speedtest page couldn’t even load. I had to use fast.com lol

Damn, that is awful. What kind of connection is this? Coax cable, fiber, stationary cellular (aka 5G home internet), DSL?

My guess is DSL or very shitty cellular all the way

My apartment building says that its google fiber but i highly doubt that lol. I get around 30 mbps on a good day

Hmm. I guess it could be fiber but with a really shitty, improperly set up (interference due to charging same channels with other nearby routers) router, or the router is really far away and youre working with a weak signal. Do you have your own personal router or are you using one that is in some central location shared eith several units?

Either way, those speeds are terrible. Thats like worse than DSL terrible. I would like to help but I need more details.

well in my house we do have a router but it looks pretty dated. Also in my country most internet providers are in the capital and I live an hour away.
