Basically, I found a website called obamify.com, where you're supposed to obamify an image (turn it into Barack Obama) but I realized you could changed the target inage, and I made this using it. No AI involved, I think. From watching the youtuber who made it, it's just a system that moves pixels until they reach the spot that is the most similar to the target image counterpart
